“Most psychologists treat the mind as disembodied, a phenomenon with little or no connection to the physical body. Conversely, physicians treat the body with no regard to the mind or the emotions. But the body and mind are not separate, and we cannot treat one without the other.”

How I Like To Work

Contemporary psychotherapy and personalised care

Each day, I only see a small number of clients. No more than four sessions in a row, and always with a break in between. I want to be fully present with every client, every session.

I also set aside time each week for professional development or supervision to ensure I continue to develop and grow, staying current with the latest research and therapy techniques.

Testimonials

The regulation authority for Psychologists does not allow testimonials, reviews and success stories to be displayed on our website. The authority, known as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), enforces this rule to protect client confidentiality and to ensure a high standard of practice.

So, although I can't display it here, all of your feedback and success stories are most welcome, this will ensure that I continue to provide the highest level of service.
